I can't remember my userid and password. Can you give it to me?
Please use our online password retrieval system under "my account". If you do not get a reply it may because you have created more than one account using the same email address and our site did not know which password to send to you. Please email info@kindermartsale.com if you need help. Please be sure to update your profile once you login to update your mailing and email address. Please do not create more than one user account.
Do you accept Vendors on site during your sale?
No. We do not have room to move inside our sale! We believe at this time it is also a church policy that does not allow Vendors inside or outside the church. You can check with the church office if you have additional questions.
I bought a seller number but when I log in I don't see my tags or drop off time. What do I do?
Make sure you are using the correct userid and password. Email a copy of the Paypal receipt you received through email to info@kindermartsale.com.
Can I sell furniture?
Yes, if it is furniture that a child can use. Examples of this would be a crib and matching dresser, changing table, child's table and chairs, gliders or rocking chairs for a nursery. We also accept nursery decor and window treatments. It should be items that are obviously for children or babies.
Can I sell my stuffed animals?
No, we are no longer accepting stuffed animals of any kind. Due to room constraints we have choosen to eliminate this item from our list of accepted items.
I do not have a credit card. Can I give someone my $5 for a seller number?
No. All seller numbers are issued online only and Kindermart volunteers are not able to issue seller numbers for cash. Also, Kindermart volunteers are not allowed to purchase seller numbers online for any other person wishing to have a number. Your best bet is to ask a friend to purchase the number online for you.
Paypal won't take my credit card.
We outsource our payment process through Paypal and they credit your account with us once you have paid. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve issues you may have paying through them. Remember that you do not have to create an account with Paypal to pay with a credit card. We suggest you try again, contact their customer service, use a different credit card or have a friend purchase your number for you.
I didn't get a postcard or email and forgot to register for this sale. Is there any way I can still get a seller number? Is there a wait list?
We are sorry to say that once our 300th number is issued online, registration closes and there are no more numbers to give out. We are limited by our space and can not take any more sellers than this. If you have been to our sale, you know how crowded it is! For future reference, registration always begins on February 1st and August 1st for our two seasonal sales.
We do not have a waiting list for seller numbers. We register the first 300 and do not add any more even if someone drops out.
Where do I find 64 or 67lb White Cardstock?
Office supply stores will be the best place to find this. Try Office Depot, Staples or Office Max. Some of these stores will open large reams and sell it to you by the sheet so you can get just what you need. We have been told that Kinkos does not always have this weight of paper. It may also be hard to find at Wal-Mart and Target. It is uncommon to find 65lb paper, however, it will also be accepted if you have it.
I can not print my own tags. Can I come to the church and get them?
We no longer have volunteers available at the church to register sellers or provide paper. We have moved to a fully automated system and all sellers will be responsible for providing their own seller tags. Please ask a friend to help you.
Why do you charge a $5 seller fee if you are not supplying seller tags?
We have a limited amount of space to operate KinderMart and must limit the number of seller numbers we give out. Charging our sellers a nominal fee helps to insure that they are serious about selling items so that we know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
Can I request the same seller number I had two sales or more ago?
No. Seller numbers are generated by our website and if you did not sell at our last sale you will not be able to obtain a former seller number.
I can't make the drop-off time I signed up for. Can I change it?
Please email info@kindermartsale.com for information and availability. We will try to fit you in our drop-off schedule (see calendar for time frames). However, priority will be given to sellers arriving for their original drop-off time and there could be an additional wait time. Please keep in mind that after the start of drop off on Monday morning, our volunteers will be working at the church and not checking our email very often.
I can not drop off all of my items in one trip. Can I come back in a second trip to drop off the rest of my things?
Please notify the check-in table volunteers if you have additional items. They will give you information on if this is possible. If so, limited items (baby toys, VHS, Maternity, shoes) will not be accepted in your second drop-off. Please make every effort to bring your items in one trip for your scheduled drop-off time.
Where can I find wire hangers for the clothes I want to sell?
Please use wire hangers for your clothes. You may get these from a Dry Cleaner and we have seen packages of children's wire hangers at Wal-Mart.
